Our Mission
Haitian Lawyer Network exists to bridge the gap between the Haitian diaspora and quality legal representation in the United States. We believe every person deserves a lawyer who understands their language, their culture, and their community.
Why We Exist
Language barriers in the legal system have cost Haitian immigrants their homes, their families, and their freedom. A misunderstood word in a courtroom can mean the difference between justice and injustice. We built this network so that no Haitian person ever has to navigate the American legal system alone.
The Community We Serve
Nearly half of all Haitian Americans live in Florida, making it the most important state for Haitian legal services in the country. Despite this, there is no dedicated legal directory connecting this community with attorneys who speak their language or understand their culture. That is exactly the gap we are here to fill.
