Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: June 1, 2025 | Last Updated: June 1, 2025

1. Who We Are

Green Mo Marketing Solutions LLC, doing business as Haitian Lawyers Network ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), is a Florida limited liability company operating the website haitianlawyersnetwork.com (the "Site"). The Site is an online legal directory connecting the Haitian community in the United States with attorneys who speak Haitian Creole, have Creole-speaking staff, or serve the Haitian community.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Site. By accessing the Site or purchasing a membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Nature of Service

Haitian Lawyers Network is a directory and advertising platform only. We are not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice, legal representation, or referrals. We do not verify, endorse, or guarantee the quality of services provided by any attorney listed on the Site. Your decision to hire any attorney is solely your own.

Any communication between you and an attorney found through the Site is solely between you and that attorney. The Company is not a party to any attorney-client relationship formed through the Site.

3. Attorney Memberships

Eligibility

To be listed on the Site, attorneys must: (a) be licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar or the bar of the state in which they practice; (b) provide accurate and complete profile information; (c) maintain an active law license for the duration of their membership; and (d) comply with all applicable rules of professional conduct.

Membership Tiers

We offer the following membership options:

  • - Founding Member: $29/month, billed monthly, limited to 25 attorneys
  • - Standard Tier: Starting at $299/year (available after Founding Member spots are filled)
  • - Professional Tier: $499/year
  • - Premium Tier: $699/year

Pricing and features for each tier are described on the Join page of the Site.

Founding Member Lock-In

Attorneys who purchase a Founding Member membership will retain the $29/month rate for as long as their membership remains active and in good standing. This rate is not transferable. Cancellation terminates the founding rate permanently.

Billing

Founding Member memberships are billed monthly via Stripe. Annual memberships are billed once per year. You authorize us to charge your payment method on the applicable billing cycle. All fees are in US dollars.

Automatic Renewal

All memberships automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You must notify us in writing at least 30 days before your renewal date to cancel. Written notice must be sent to the contact email listed in Section 9.

Refund Policy

All membership fees are non-refundable. Because access to the directory and profile listing begins immediately upon payment, no refunds or prorated credits will be issued for any reason, including early cancellation, partial use, or dissatisfaction with the service. You may cancel at any time, but your membership will remain active until the end of the paid period.

4. Attorney Responsibilities

By submitting a profile, you represent and warrant that: (a) all information provided is accurate, current, and complete; (b) you are licensed and in good standing in the state(s) listed on your profile; (c) your profile does not violate any bar association advertising rules or rules of professional conduct applicable to you; and (d) you will notify us promptly of any changes to your license status, contact information, or practice areas.

You are solely responsible for the content of your profile. The Company assumes no liability for inaccurate, outdated, or misleading profile information.

5. Profile Management and Removal

The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove, suspend, or modify any attorney listing at any time for any reason, including but not limited to: (a) misrepresentation or false information; (b) suspension or revocation of an attorney's law license; (c) complaints received from members of the public; (d) conduct that the Company determines, in its sole judgment, to be harmful to the Haitian community or to the reputation of the Site; or (e) violation of these Terms.

Removal of a listing does not entitle the attorney to a refund of any fees paid.

6. Unclaimed Profiles

The Site may display unclaimed profiles for attorneys who have not yet registered. These profiles may include publicly available information such as name, firm name, city, state, and practice area. If you are an attorney and wish to have an unclaimed profile removed or updated, please contact us at the email address in Section 9. We will respond within 5 business days.

7. Intellectual Property

The Site and all content, features, and functionality, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by the Company and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent.

By submitting profile content including photos, bios, and firm information, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use that content on the Site and in marketing materials related to the Site.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company, its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, any attorney-client relationship formed through the Site, or any errors or omissions in attorney profile information.

The Company's total liability to any party shall not exceed the total fees paid by that party to the Company in the 12 months preceding the claim.
